• SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Please read the manual carefully before use and understand all the warnings and the requirements. The user must check the safety performance of the sterilizer to ensure the sterilizer is in good condition.
• The sterilizer shall be used in accordance with the scope of application, method of use, precautions specified in this manual, otherwise, it may damage the protection provided by this sterilizer which will cause the failure of the sterilization.
• The equipment is supplied with some safety protection devices to prevent the operator from the injury and the equipment damage. The operator should know the rules before starting the operation.
• For operating personnel requirements: The operator must pass the training of equipment performance characteristics, working principle, field operation, etc and has certain sterilization process knowledge. The operator must read and know carefully about the manual before they start the operate.
• In the design and manufacturing process, we have fully considered the safety of this product, but the operator should check and observe the working state of the equipment frequently.
• The connection of the power supply shall comply with the requirements of the national electrical safety standards. When the voltage fluctuation exceeds 10%, the equipment may not work properly.
• The equipment meets the requirements of GB/T 18268.1-2010. The user should evaluate the electromagnetic environment before use in order to ensure the normal operation.
• The equipment meets the safety requirements of GB 4793.1-2007,GB 4793.4-2007.
• The safety valve and other instruments should be inspected regularly according to the state regulations.
• The power must be cut off before the installation of fuse of electrical maintenance.
• In order to ensure the safety of use and avoid electric shock damage, the equipment must be well grounded. Please do not change the grounding protection line inside or outside of the equipment or remove the connection of grounding protection section, otherwise, the protective function of the equipment will be invalid and the electric shock will be dangerous.
• The user should pay attention and be away from the hot area, such as the vent, drain, so as to avoid scald.
• When the equipment fails, the power supply must be disconnected immediately. The power supply can be reconnected when the faults remove.
• The equipment and the attachments should be used within the prescribed life span. Overdue use may bring safety risks.Therefore, the user should check the safety before each use and replace in time.
• If there is interfere in the power grid during the use of this equipment, it may appear the phenomenon of white screen. The users can use a voltage regulator to solve the problem.

• BRIEF
         The steam sterilizer is a safe and reliable sterilization equipment that can sterilize medical equipment, surgical dressings, medicine liquid, glassware etc by saturated steam. The equipment have the advantages of fashionable and attractive appearance, reasonably frame, multiple functions, fast heating, complete disinfection. It is an ideal equipment to sterilize articles for medical and health institutions, laboratories, clinical institutions, biological research and other units.

  FEATURES   
• The steam sterilizer is made by shell , barrel, basket with netting on top and control system. According to the function, they are divided into normal(A type), self control(B type), and self control drying(GI GII type). According to the volume of sterilization chamber, they are divided into 30L, 35L, 40L, 50L, 60L,75L 80L and 100L.(note:GI is simple drying,GII is fast drying)
• Shapes are square vertical. Sterilization barrel and shell are made by stainless steel. Sterilization barrel(pressure vessel)and safety accessories conform to GB 150,<special equipment's safety regulation> and  nationality legal pressure vessel provisions by laws and regulations, they must have nameplate and quality certificates that are registered on the legal pressure vessel safety supervision organization.
• Safety valve is fixed on vessel's cover. It can release over pressure to ensure equipment's safety when inner pressure exceeds 0.24MPa.
• During heating and warming,the deflation valve will discharge cold air automatically. When the temperature exceeds 
  102ºC, the deflation valve will auto close after several minutes. Then equipment goes into automatic intermittent release function to improve the vessel's steam saturation, the sterilization will be more effective.
• The operating panel is equipped with LCD screen, with temperature, pressure, time and process display.
• The container has automatic protection function. When the container is short of water, the program can not start, effectively protect the use of the equipment. At the same time, the water level icon shows low water level or lack of water to remind user to add water until enough.

• 1.Power supply: A.C.220V±22V, 50Hz±1Hz.
• 2.Rated working pressure: 0.22MPa;  rated operating temperature:105ºC~134ºC.
• 3. During the normal operation of sterilization circle, noise shouldn't be greater than 65dB.
  4. Sterilization time scope that can be set:4~120min; drying time scope that can be set:0~240min (drying type sterilizer).

  6. Ambient temperature: +5ºC~+40ºC; Relative humidity: no more than 85%; Atmospheric pressure: 70KPa~106KPa.
  7. The water source used by the sterilizer shouldn't affect sterilizing process and damage vessel or sterilizing items.
